DESPERATE!!! Nice shoes for small feet (size 3)?? - shoes,sandels

Someone knows where I can find shoes for ladies of Nice "for my small feet S'pore? Or is there a good website that I have for them?

My feet are in the size 3 (size 34?) Small, to design and materials, sometimes I can fit a pair of size 4 (but it's really rare ..).

Charles and Keith and Tangs Studio uses to create beautiful shoes / sandals fit me, but now I'm really struggling to find what I need. Or I see something beautiful, but not in my size, or the evidence does not look good .. : (

And how to continue all my old shoes, and I really need new shoes to wear to work, it was a big problem for me. Always, when I see a Nice heels / wedges / apartments in the magazines, I worrywhen I realized how difficult it is to get to me, that does not bring cos most shops models from my waist! Not to mention that I am pretty small, so I really need to work on some high heels and make contacts.
