My friend has PCOS and want to know what the future?

Poly cystic ovary syndrome can lead to infertility, flatulence, so that their time and dressed up as symptoms of a pregnancy.
PCOS have cysts due to insulin resistance in the system .. Some but not all women with PCOS are diabetic.
There are times when the cysts rupture and what they are thinking, blood clots, but it is white and can have severe bleeding.
There should be a diet that low in fat and sugar and rich in fiber and protein. We need to eat plenty of fruit and Veges
I am sure your doctor has told you to eat it than if you have diabetes

PCOS causes diabetes is caused by the conditions of insulin resistance and diabetes ..
SOP is not fat and not a disease of overweight people, like something from another member stated,

My doctor has me on the pill and said if I can hardly imagine that will get the medicine for it. Although this can lead to complete sterility of the lots, there were people who suffer from PCOS and reproductive past.

There is a good neighbor and called Verity have a great message board for people with PCOS who were there and saw everything.

If your friend is overweight, it is recommended that weight loss and there are books that will help you lose weight and help control blood sugar, stop to diabetes.

Sending big hugs, if all goes well, this is a syndrome of Nice and the screw head sometimes. The best thing to do there for your friend and try to understand what is happening.
